I have always found Zodiac signs and Personality tests very interesting. More for an insight into myself and my loved ones. And there I am forwarded this article to read from an online friend, who herself is very introspective about personalities, traits and Knowledge management.
I would recommend you read try this online test for free and read up on your personality type to figure out not what you are but what you can easily aim to be for improvement. e.g. You could be a 4 (The individualist) and your best will come out if you try being type 2 (which is an Achiever), because the personality traits are there but they need to be bent towards a type 2 to be more objective from life. Its interesting to read. But you could be 4, type 9 -The peacemaker, and Type 7- The loyalist, at the same time. Didn't get further into it. It does however go on to state how you can use your type and be more productive at work, in relations and personal life.
